What we collect

To deliver our services we collect the information you give us: name, contact details, PAN, GSTIN, business and financial records, bank details where needed for a filing, and identity or address documents required by a registration.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and file returns and applications, to send you invoices, reminders and updates about your work (including by WhatsApp, SMS, email and phone), and to meet our legal obligations.

How we protect it

Sensitive fields such as PAN and bank account numbers are stored encrypted. Access is limited to staff who need it for your engagement, and access is logged.

Sharing

We share your information only with the authorities and portals needed to complete your filing, with service providers who process it for us (for example cloud storage and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires. We do not sell your information.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card or net-banking credentials.

Retention

We keep records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your information, or to stop non-essential messages, at any time by contacting us at officework@ppmehta.com.
